7G Network (7g.network) is an independent research publication. We are committed to collecting as little data as possible and being transparent about what we do collect.

What We Collect

• Email address — only if you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter. We store your email to send you the weekly digest. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. We do not share your email with third parties.
• Anonymous analytics — we use Umami (hosted on cloud.umami.is) to understand page traffic. Umami does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sessions, and does not collect any personal data. All analytics data is aggregated and anonymized.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. The only browser storage we use is localStorage to remember your dark/light theme preference. This data never leaves your device.

Third-Party Tracking

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party advertising or tracking scripts. No data about your visit is shared with any advertising network.

Some articles contain affiliate links — primarily through the Amazon Associates and Coursera programs. Data Retention

Newsletter email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Upon unsubscribe, your email is deleted from our mailing list within 30 days. Aggregated analytics data (no personal data) is retained indefinitely for trend analysis.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data (which, for us, means only your newsletter email address):

• Access — request confirmation of whether we hold your email address.
