ISAC

Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC) uses the same wireless signal for both data transmission and radar-like environmental sensing. This dual-purpose approach enables 6G networks to map surroundings, detect objects, recognize gestures, and track movement — all while maintaining data connectivity. ISAC transforms the network from a pure communication tool into a sensing platform.

AI-Native Network

An AI-native network is a network architecture where artificial intelligence and machine learning are embedded into core functions from the ground up — including resource allocation, interference management, security, and self-healing. Unlike current networks where AI is bolted on as an optimization layer, AI-native 6G networks will make autonomous decisions in real time, continuously adapting to demand, interference, and failures.

Digital Twin

A digital twin is a real-time virtual replica of a physical network that mirrors its behavior, topology, and performance. In 6G, operators will use digital twins to simulate configuration changes, predict failures, and optimize performance before applying changes to the live network
